Just in case you haven’t seen any notice about it already, the first Club Mayo Dublin members’ draw takes place tonight at the Lucan Golf Club at 8.30 pm. Full details about tonight’s bash are on the website here. There’s lashings of prizes on offer and you could even end up going home with your Club Mayo Dublin fleece, well ahead of the start of the FBD action next January.

Unfortunately, I’m heading to the Banner County for the weekend and so can’t make it to Lucan tonight but the lads tell me my fleece could be in the post to me next week. So if the weather is crap enough on June 22nd, it could even make its competitive debut at McHale Park that day.
