The lads at Club Mayo Dublin have been on to remind me that the final club draw for this year takes place tomorrow night (that’s Thursday 11th December in calender-speak).  Once again, the event will be held on De Northside (handy, no visas required for those of us domiciled on that side of town), this time at Bewley’s Hotel in Dublin Airport.  Throw-in takes place at 9pm tomorrow night and there’s six grand up for grabs in the draw, which, with cash being king at the moment, is certainly not to be sniffed at (a point not lost on the County Board, it seems, as they say they’ll be skint till March next).  If you can’t make it to tomorrow night’s draw, the winners will be notified on the night and the results will posted on their website on Friday.
