  1. No offence to the existing panel but I feel there are better minors out there. The problem is in getting these players to buy into the county system. I feel the county minor system uses (nearly abuses) players and tosses them away worse footballers than when they joined. I know at least 3 forward players that are IMO better than the existing panel. I also know that these guys were given chances but because they were from small clubs felt they were not needed or that they were not been given a fair chance and as a result did not continue with the county set up. More needs to be done to make it more of an attractive option for these players to take part otherwise we will continue with the B’tubber, Mitchells, Ballina, dominance. The players from these clubs get more support for their inclusion in the panels by their club. Any solutions?
