We’ve now passed the halfway stage in this year’s league (well, everyone apart from ourselves and the Dubs have) and so the race to become dish ear’s Mayo GAA Blog NFL Prediction Mini-League champion (with kind thanks to Allianz and Face The Ball for making it all happen) is well underway too.
It’s a race that has had a few twists and turns too and this week we’ve got a new leader, with Shane Prendergast from Claremorris narrowly ousting Kiltimagh’s Devel from the top spot. There’s a bit of a gap between these two and Week 1 leader Paul McCaffrey from Dromore in Tyrone who now lies third with Aghamore’s TM making a nice charge from ninth last week to fourth now.
Speaking of charges, I was happy enough to see that my weekend guesses were good enough to catapult me from 19th the previous week up to 8th now but I think I’ll need another outperformance this coming weekend if I’m to challenge properly for honours this time around.
Here’s the current Top 30 leaderboard:
have had a shocking tumble down the rankings after a bright start 🙁
