Upcoming matches

It’s a veritable conveyor belt of matches involving the county at the minute. here’s what’s chugging along the rollers towards us at the minute.

The action starts tomorrow evening, when the Mayo Minor girls take on Galway in Round 3 of the CLGFA Connacht Championship. This game throws in at Miltown GAA at 7pm. The ticket link for it is here.

Next up are the Minor lads who are also up against Galway. Their Connacht Minor football Championship Round 3 clash takes place at St Jarlath’s Park, Tuam (aka Tuam Stadium) on Friday evening, where throw-in is 6.45pm. The ticket link is here.

On Saturday the U17 hurlers continue their Celtic Challenge campaign. They’re up against Westmeath at Adrian Freeman Park in Tooreen where throw-in is 12pm. I’ve no ticket details for this game.

The Senior hurlers are in Rackard Cup action that day as well. They’re on the road again, this time playing Louth at Páirc Naomh Bríd, Dowdallshill, where throw-in is 1pm. The ticket link for this one is here.

Also on Saturday the U20 footballers play Leitrim in the Philly McGuinness Cup decider, which is a sort of Connacht U20 B Championship final. The venue of this one is Mohill GAA’s Páirc Philib Mhic Aongusa and throw-in is 4pm. The ticket link is here.

Last, but certainly by no means least, on Sunday the county’s Minor camogie team take on Tyrone in the All-Ireland Minor C Championship final. This title decider takes place at Drumlane GAA, Cavan, where throw-in is 2pm. The ticket link is here.
